You will be part of a specialised team in close contact with doctors and other medical institutions. As a Customer Care Professional, you are the central point of contact for our customers:

  • You answer doctors’ questions about how our software platform works.
  • You always communicate smoothly and efficiently and refer to our extensive knowledge base.
  • You know better than anyone how to set priorities: answering incoming calls comes first, but you certainly don’t lose sight of the registration and administrative tasks that follow!
  • You regularly consult with your team about frequently asked questions or customer concerns, so that you can anticipate them in the future and feed back to the development team.
  • Together with your team, you are happy to become the professional face of the company and build strong, lasting relationships with customers and care providers.
  • You have a healthy interest in IT.
  • Providing technical follow-up of the products and their development at the customer
  • Organising and monitoring team interventions and customer support
  • Determining technical solutions and recommendations and communicating them to customers
  • Building a customer or prospect database
  • Providing training on the company’s products
  • Guiding teams and customers
  • Analysing the customer’s technical problems and requirements
  • Escalating complex technical problems to specialists (studies, research, maintenance, etc.)
  • Updating databases of past questions, answers, knowledge and technical solutions
